hi . i found a buyer in the deep web who claim that he sell a hacked prepaid card that are RISK FREE . and he told me that prepaid card are already loaded with money so they are risk free . did this thing exist or they are just a cloned cc . plz tell me im just a noob and i dont have a good knowledge in this topic . and i will appreciate if you enplane a little to me
