I guess thats hacking .... but more like break and entering and with an end result of electronic device fraud ..... maybe what is writting in the article can be considered hardware hacking to some but is not. Thats just devices adding to to con a user without knowledge having their banking credentials and card skimmed. So dont know how much use this is to anyone here though
