10 things to avoid in instore operation
Found this it's common sense but came from a Banks Education Guide so it's usefull
1) Makes indiscriminate purchases without regard to size, style, colour or price. 2) Is unnecessarily talkative or delays a selection repeatedly, until you are upset. 3) Hurries you at quitting time. 4)Purchases a large item, such as a colour television console, and insists on taking the item rather than having it delivered. 5) Purchases an extended warranty without hesitation, even though it may be costly. 6) Refuses clothing alterations, even though they are included in the price of the garment. 7) Makes purchases, leaves the store, and returns to make additional purchases. 8) Does not appear to be well dressed but is purchasing expensive items. 9) Pulls the credit card out of a pocket, not a wallet 10) Doesn’t have a driver’s license or any other form of ID, or says that it’s in the car. Note: this is not my work, copied it from one of the bank's merchant education guide, thought may be usefull for u guys. |
